  Terrible dump with terrible employees
  
  This place is confusing and if you do anything remotely wrong, prepared to get yelled at. If you have any questions about how things work, prepare to get yelled at. The employees here have one setting: yell at you. The worst employee of all is Matt, the older guy with a mustache. He is literally the worst service employee I have ever dealt with.
  
  I have left this place with my blood boiling from being disrespected and yelled at least 3 times in the last 6 months. I tried to ask Matt a question once and he interrupted me and yelled at me every single time I tried to talk. It was crazy. I was just trying to ask him a question but he was on a mission to lay down the law and he had no problems being rude and disrespectful. The employees have zero concern for citizens trying to use the county's service and they all need serious customer service training.
